With the event of mixed martial arts (MMA) becoming mainstream in the media, more and more people are looking to martial arts and self-defense classes as an alternative to the usual gym and fitness routine. At MJA Martial Arts, we have been training in and teaching martial arts long before the media hype. We proudly bring forth this tradition to new generations of martial artists by offering a variety of classes to our students.

Wing Chun utilizes striking and grappling techniques while specializing in close-range combat. It is a practical martial art that can be learned by people of any athletic ability, shape, or size.
Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time.
Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds.
The program will focus on the fundamentals of the art as well as techniques from beginner thru advanced. A typical class consists of warm-ups, learning techniques and/or drilling, and “rolling” (sparring).
Qi Gong has been practiced in China for thousands of years. Its purpose is to develop Chi.
Qi Gong's gentle, rhythmic exercises mirror the movements of nature, especially the fluidity of water. Combined with simple breathing techniques, Qi Gong is uniquely suited to relieving stress, boosting the immune, respiratory, and cardiovascular systems, and increasing the body’s innate healing abilities.
