Wing Chun utilizes striking and grappling techniques while specializing in close-range combat. It is a practical martial art that can be learned by people of any athletic ability, shape, or size.

Based on simple principles and instinctive movements, this reality-based system is designed to teach real self-defense in the shortest possible time.

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu

Ages: 13+

Brazilian jiu-jitsu is a self-defense martial art and combat sport based on grappling, ground fighting and submission holds.

The program will focus on the fundamentals of the art as well as techniques from beginner thru advanced. A typical class consists of warm-ups, learning techniques and/or drilling, and “rolling” (sparring).
